Other Information/ Instructions:
A) All candidates, whether in Government service or in Government owned industrial or other similar organization or private employment, can submit their applications online directly to the Commission. Persons already in regular government service, whether in permanent or temporary capacity other than casual / adhoc / daily wage / hourly payment / contract basis, are required to submit declaration form that they have headed their office / department Have informed in writing that they have applied for selection.

C) Regarding the equivalent clause in the required qualification, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement, the candidate is required to produce an order / letter in this regard, to the authority. 1. Date for interview on which the shortlisted candidate is required to bring a printout of their online application
2. Category-wise minimum level of suitability in interview, irrespective of whether the selection is made by interview only or post-interview recruitment test, UR / EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC / ST / PH. -40 marks, 100 marks out of total marks of interview.

5. Due to the large number of applications, the Commission will reduce the number of candidates to limit the number of candidates to an appropriate number over any or all of the following methods:
(A) “Desirable Qualification (DQ) or based on any or all of the DQ if more than one DQ is prescribed”.
(b) On the basis of educational qualification above the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
(c) Based on higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
(D) By computing experience before or after obtaining the required qualifications.
(() By invoking experience even in cases where there is no experience mentioned as required qualification (EQ) or desired qualification (DQ).
(F) By conducting recruitment examination.
How to apply :
1. The last date for submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA) through the ORA website is 23:59 pm on 11: 59.2021.
2. The last date for printing of the fully submitted online application is 12.02.2021 at 23.02 hrs.
3. The date for determining eligibility of all the candidates will be determined in all the dates fixed for submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA). Applicants are advised to fill in all their details in the online recruitment application which may present misinformation by the Commission as a rejection through computer based shortlisting.
4. Candidates are requested to apply online only for this recruitment on the online application (ORA) website http://www.upsconline.nic.in and do not write to the Commission for the application form. They are also requested to visit the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in carefully along with the posts and instructions given below.
i) Candidates have to apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
ii) Candidates will have to upload documents / certificates in support of all claims made by them, date of birth, experience (preferably in the prescribed format), desirable qualification (s) etc. or any other information, separately against each. . Claim the PDF file in such a way that the file size is not more than 1 MB for the respective aforesaid module and 2 MB for the “Upload Other Documents” module and it is legible when the printout is taken. For that purpose, the applicant can scan documents / certificates in a 200 DPI gray scale. Documents like salary slip, resume, appointment letter, relief letter, un-signed experience certificate etc.
iii) Candidates are advised to fill in their correct and active e-mail address in the online application, as all correspondence will be done by commutation through e-mail only.
