Applications have been invited from eligible advocates for appointment to the vacant posts of Advocate Oath Commissioner for the administration of oaths and awards in terms of Rule 24 in Chapter-III of Patna High Court Rules.
Applications are required to be submitted under the provisions contained in Rule-24 (ii) and 24 (iii) ibid.
Eligibility [AS per Rule – 24 (ii)] No advocate is eligible for appointment to the post of Advocate Oath Commissioner unless Heshe is at least two years old but not more than five years old, Patna High. Was a lawyer of the court.
