Qualification Details: IIT Indore Recruitment 2021 – Junior Research Fellow Vacancy
1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. Nature of the project: The title of the project is “Exploring flavor models in the light of the Higgs precision data”. The work will comprise developing novel theoretical insights in the field of flavor model building. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. Dipankar Das. The candidates are advised to go through the webpage of Dr. Das (http://people.iiti.ac.in/~d.das/) before applying.
3. Eligibility criteria: Masters in Physics with first class from a reputed institution and a good academic record before that. Candidates having NET/ GATE/ JEST qualifications will be preferred. Particular preference will be given towards freshly graduated students with prior exposures to Quantum Field Theory and Particle physics in the M.Sc. curriculum. Candidates who are about to finish their M.Sc. in Physics are also eligible to apply.
4. Fellowship: As per DST-SERB norms and IIT Indore rules and regulations. Selected candidate will be encouraged to register for the Ph.D. programme at IIT Indore.
