Eligibility Details: IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment Notification 2021

IIT Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for the position of post-doctoral researcher in an ongoing interdisciplinary project on risk assessment on networked infrastructure systems.

1. Project: Risk assessment of extreme rainfall induced landslide events on road network

2. Job Title: Post-Doctoral Researcher

3. Essential Qualification: Ph.D. In civil engineering, in geotechnical engineering or related fields

4. PREFERRED SKILLS: Familiarity with cut slopes and embankments, numerical modeling of geotechnical structures as programming (preferably in Python), risk assessment framework, statistics and probability, project coordination, technical report writing

5. Duration: 1 year

6. Remuneration: As per the norms of the institute
